Welcome to Box4Fit ("the Service"). By accessing or using Box4Fit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use Box4Fit. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of the Service

Box4Fit is an interactive boxing and fitness application that uses your device's camera to detect movements for gameplay, training and fitness experiences. The Service may be available through a web browser, desktop application or other supported platforms.

3. Health & Safety

  • Exercise involves inherent risks.
  • Consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about your ability to exercise.
  • Ensure you have sufficient space and remove nearby obstacles before playing.
  • Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.
  • You use Box4Fit at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Box4Fit is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from use of the Service.

4. Camera Usage

Box4Fit requires camera access for motion tracking.

  • Camera processing is performed locally on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Video is not recorded or uploaded without your consent.
  • You may revoke camera permissions at any time through your browser or operating system.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities performed using it.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No cheating or exploiting bugs.
  • No reverse engineering except where permitted by law.
  • No malicious software or attacks.
  • No harassment or illegal activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, logos, artwork, animations and content remain the property of SAASHUP LUX S.à r.l. or its licensors.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Box4Fit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating and improving the Service.

9. Updates

We may modify, improve or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

10. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Availability is not guaranteed.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Box4Fit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms, including the disclaimers in Sections 3 and 11, excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, or restricts the rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

13. Privacy

Your use of Box4Fit is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains in particular what the online multiplayer mode transmits to the Box4Fit server and what appears in the public ranking.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, where the Service operator is established.

In accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I), that choice does not deprive you, where you use the Service as a consumer, of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

The courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg have jurisdiction. In accordance with Articles 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis), a consumer domiciled in a Member State of the European Union may nevertheless bring proceedings before the courts of that Member State, and may be sued only before those courts.

If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, you may also use out-of-court dispute resolution free of charge, in particular through the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation, www.mediateurconsommation.lu, or through the European consumer dispute resolution portal, consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Box4Fit constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
